| Acceptance Of Services. Customers accepting our service verbally or in writing are entering into a legally binding contract. Champagne Classics will not accept any liability for disappointment caused by circumstances beyond its control. In the event of extreme weather conditions and impossible driving conditions disabling the operation of any of the cars Champagne Classics will offer a full refund. |

| Provisional Bookings. Bookings will be held as a gesture of good will provisionally for a maximum of 7 days unconfirmed bookings after this period will be invalid. |

| Deposits. A deposit of 50% of the total hire price is required on booking. |
| |
| Payment. A deposit is required on making a booking, the balance is then due 14 days prior to the booking date. If a booking is made with only 14 days until the engagement then the full balance must be paid on booking. |

| Weekday Service. Our weekday service applies to Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday inclsuive. |
| |
| One Car. The one car, one journey, one price offer will not be in effect should the client require more than one vehicle and the offer will therefore not be applicable. |

| One Journey. From the agreed pick up point to the wedding ceremony venue constitutes one journey. Included in the weekday promotion is also one journey to the reception venue for the bridal couple if applicable. Both wedding ceremony venue and recetion venue must be within a five mile radius of one another. |

| One Price. The price is per one car, fixed and non negotiable per area coverage. |

| Areas Covered. The areas covered in our weekday service are in the North Norfolk locality to include Cromer, Sheringham, North Walsham, Holt, Cley, Aylsham, Norwich. These areas are fixed. Any areas outside the North Norfolk area do not qualify for the service provided by the weekday offer. |

| The Booking Price. The Booking Price is the price quoted by Champagne Classics once a route, and all requirements have been established with Champagne Classics and the Client. Our price will always be quoted as an all inclusive price and is the price you will pay therefore no VAT or hidden charges will be added at a later date. Please note that for booking commencing after 6pm a 25% surcharge will be added to the booking price. Any additions made to the booking once the booking form has been signed and returned for example extra trips are chargeable and the customer will be further invoiced with no exceptions made. |

| How to pay. We accept several ways of payment. Personal cheques, bankers draft, postal orders all made payable to Vanessa Devlin. We also accept payments made through paypal an internet based payment system where by as a registered user payments can be made using credit or debit cards, using this service carries a 5% surcharge and must be done with the prior agreement with Champagne Classics regarding totals to be paid, to find out more about paypal payments visit paypal.com. Last minute payments should be made either through paypal or by sending a bankers draft or postal orders via registered post to ensure next day delivery. |

| Cancellations. Cancellations must be done 21 days prior to the engagement otherwise the client will be asked to pay the full outstanding balance. If canceling due to unforeseen circumstances or tragic circumstances then as long as the cancellation falls within the same time scale the client will be asked to pay 50% of the balance due at the discretion of Champagne Classics. A full refund will be given minus the deposit if the cancellation falls outside the 21 day period. All cancellations must be done in writing by the person who made the booking. |

| Complimentary Gifts. Champagne and chocolates are complimentary and are given courtesy of Champagne Classics to the Bride and Groom on booking their bridal car with Champagne Classics. Other members of the wedding party do not qualify for complimentary gifts at the discretion of Champagne Classics. |

| Booking Refusal. The Management reserve the right to refuse a booking. |

| Damage By Customers. Customers must note that they are liable for any damage caused to the vehicles or loss of any property belonging to Champagne Classics by themselves or any of their party. |

| Loss Of Belongings. Champagne Classics will not accept any liability for any belongings lost by the booking party whilst using its services. |
| |
| The Customer. The customer is the person making the booking and who is solely responsible for said booking. |
