| Entry into the draw will only be on the return of an official signed and dated Champagne Classics booking form. |
| Bookings must be accompanied by a deposit. |
| Bookings made prior to October 1 2004 are not eligible to the draw. |
| Entry into each months draw will commence on the first day of each month until the last day of each month. |
| Customers will be placed in the draw corresponding to their own current signature date on the Champagne Classics booking form, post dated signatures will not be entered. |
| The booking date does not need to fall within the prize draw period. |
| The draw is completely random and no other factors will be used to determine a winner. |
| Only one prize per winner. |
| No cash alternative will be offered. |
| The winning prize will be sent one week after the close of the draw. |
