What an incredibly wet day! Unfortunately there aren't many pictures from today in fact as you can see there is only the one because the rain was relentless. However putting the fact that we had a pretty water logged day the two weddings that we provided the transport for were spectacular. Sadie our 1961 Morris Minor Saloon was at the wedding of Lucy and Brendan who's ceremony took place at
The Dairy Barns in Hickling. After the ceremony and photographs at Horsey Mill the couple were taken for a champagne drive to their wedding breakfast venue of
The Olive Branch in Tunstead. Ruby our 1961 Morris Minor Convertible was the chosen car for Laura and Stephen's Cambridgeshire wedding. Laura was picked up in Cambridge accompanied by her Dad and her bridesmaid for the 20 minute journey to Croxton Church on the road to St Neot's. After the ceremony there was a very quick photo call under the lich gate of the church for the newly married couple who were full of the joys regardless of the pounding rain. The couple were then taken to the beautiful and rather grand venue of Longstowe Hall for the wedding breakfast. If you look closely you can see from the picture the reflection of a red and white striped umbrella as Ruby sits in front of
Longstowe Hall.
