| Pretty As A Picture |
December is well and truly here and on form, today being a dry but quite brisk day with that gorgeous winter sunshine that is most welcome especially as the days are rather short at the moment. It was my absolute pleasure to be a part of the wedding day of Sasha and Gavin today which began with the pick of the Bride from Channels Lodge just outside Chelmsford. Channels Lodge a rather splendid golfing enthusiasts dream location was where most of the wedding party were getting ready which included the Bride and her six bridesmaids. The Bride Sasha travelled in Sadie our 1961 Morris Minor Saloon to the wedding ceremony venue of St John the Baptist church in the picturesque village of Finchingfield whilst the bridesmaids were taken in a super example of a 1960's VW campervan supplied by Blue Vinyl Weddings. Not only were the Bride and entourage "pretty as a picture" but the village of Finchingfield was too being the absolute perfect setting for this beautiful 50/60's style wedding. After the ceremony Sadie took Bride and Groom to High Barn in Great Bardfield for their wedding reception. |
