Two Tone Magic
The wedding of Nigel and Pam was a long awaited and much looked forward to event from our point of view as we had met this especially lovely couple back in March of 2008. The chosen cars for the day were Molly our 1962 Morris Minor Convertible and Ruby our '61 Convertible who complement each other perfectly. The photographs below were taken at the ceremony venue of St Faith's Church in Gaywood a gorgeous and very popular church beautifully set back from the road. The couple had such a lovely time at the church with their friends and family who clearly were genuinely happy for Nigel and Pam. We then departed from the church to go to FFolkes Arms Hotel & Country Club for the wedding reception arriving in style both cars with their hoods down and the couple received with rapturous applause - fantastic!

That Friday Feeling
Fridays don't get any better than this! We started the day by picking up the bridal party which included our Bride Emma , the Father of the Bride, the Mother of the Bride and two bridesmaids from St Giles House Hotel. We then took a nice relaxed drive to St Remegius Church in Hethersett. Emma had chosen Dolly our 1970 Volkswagen Beetle for her car with Ruby our 1961 Morris Minor Convertible as the second car. After the wedding ceremony and fun photo call Emma and her new Husband Timothy were driven to St Giles House Hotel for their wedding reception. This was such a fun wedding to be part of with a super couple and lovely friends and family. It was nice to see the two cars together for the first time and they really did look a picture.

Getting Into The Carnival Spirit
Cromer Carnival is just the best and especially when the weather is great so we decided to have a day off and enjoy our cars in a different setting at the Cromer Carnival family day & car show. With this being the 40th Anniversary Carnival year we thought that Dolly and Molly would like a little day out amongst some other fab vehicles of many differing eras, makes and models. We had such a fun day talking to like minded car enthusiasts and friendly passers by who were simply interested in passing the time of day. We had so many compliments about the cars and it was such a great feeling to be able to show Dolly off after 2 years restoration!

Full Marks To Emma & Satish
Well another fabulous day, the weather was just amazing for the wedding of Emma and Satish. Dolly our 1970 Volkswagen Beetle was the chosen car for the day which picked the Bride Emma up from her family home in Thursford Green for the very unrushed journey to the wedding ceremony venue which was the chapel at the historic Gresham school in Holt.

A Day At The Seaside
I am often asked if I like what I do? You mean do I like driving lovely happy people around, and having to spend time with them on what is probably the most special and important day of their lives?! Well let me just have a little think about that - the answer is of course a resounding yes I do absolutely love what I do as do we all here at Champagne Classics. Take today for instance. What could be nicer than driving in Sadie our 1961 Morris Minor Saloon along the A149 coast road from Cromer all the way through to Old Hunstanton travelling through wonderful places such as Holkham, Burnham Overy, Brancaster, and Titchwell? What a joy on such a fabulous sunshine filled day. The drive was without doubt splendid but then to be welcomed with such warmth by my Bride for the day Nicola made the journey all that more worth while. I picked Nicola up at her parents house in Old Hunstanton ready for the short but pleasant journey to the beautiful church of St Mary's in Holme-next-the-Sea. After the wedding ceremony and family photographs the couple Nicola and Neil left the church in Sadie to go to Old Hunstanton Golf Club for some cliff top photographs as the Golf Club is a Links course. After the photographs it was then on to their reception at Sussex Barn in Burnham Market a great location and venue.
